Haley’s volleyball journey began at Dowling Catholic High School, where she led her team to a 39-7 record her senior year, earned All-Conference recognition, and set the school’s single-match kill record. On the club scene, Haley competed with three elite programs — Central Iowa Select, All Iowa Attack, and Iowa Power Volleyball Association (IPVA). She helped her teams to multiple national podium finishes, including a third-place finish at the 2013 USAV Junior National Championship, a national championship win with All Iowa Attack in 2014, and another third-place finish in 2015 with IPVA, where she earned All-Tournament Team honors.
Following her playing career, Haley transitioned into coaching and education, working as a high school special education teacher and JV volleyball coach in Mankato, Minnesota. She coached with Southern Extreme Volleyball for three seasons, spent a year with Mankato West High School, and worked summer camps for both Minnesota State and Saint Cloud State University. Haley served as the assistant coach for the SC Elite 17s team during the 2024-25 club season.
Haley is passionate about developing well-rounded athletes and brings valuable insight to SC Elite's training environment. Her experience as both a player and coach at the high school, club, and collegiate levels allows her to mentor athletes through every phase of their volleyball journey.
