Dave Boos brings over 25 years of elite collegiate coaching experience to every clinic he leads. Best known for his 14 seasons as Associate Head Coach at the University of Florida under legendary head coach Mary Wise, Boos was instrumental in helping build one of the nation's most dominant volleyball programs, guiding the Gators to 33 consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, multiple SEC Championships, and a national championship match appearance.

During his tenure at Florida, Boos developed 26 AVCA All-Americans across 49 individual honors, coaching players to SEC Player of the Year honors, Honda Award recognition, and consistent top-10 national rankings across every phase of the game. Prior to Florida, he held coaching roles at Minnesota, Ball State, and Indiana, and served as defensive coordinator for the USA A2 Women's National Team.

Since Mary Wise's retirement, Boos has channeled his expertise into independent coaching and consulting, bringing his championship-level systems and player development philosophy directly to athletes at all levels.

CK Knop is a complete volleyball specialist whose expertise spans both sides of the court as a decorated player and an accomplished coach. She has been an intregal part of SC Elite's travel team training, coaching, and curriculum.  

A two-time AVCA All-American and two-time All-SEC libero at the University of Florida, Knop was a cornerstone of the Gators' historic 2017 run to the NCAA Championship match, leading the team with 4.46 digs per set and a .970 serve reception rate ... all while playing the final month of the season in an arm cast with a broken hand. Over her two-year Florida career, she averaged 4.42 digs per set, the second-highest mark in program history.

After her playing days, Knop moved into coaching at the College of Charleston, where her Cougars led the Colonial Athletic Association in digs per set and posted one of the program's top single-season service ace totals. She then returned to Gainesville as an assistant coach under Mary Wise, helping guide Florida to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances and extending the program's historic streak to 33 consecutive berths. The Gators secured their 25th SEC Championship in 2022 and advanced to the program's 29th Regional Semifinal. During her time on staff, Knop helped develop multiple AVCA All-Americans including Kennedy Martin, Marina Markova, and Alexis Stucky.

Since Mary Wise's retirement, Knop has channeled her passion for the game into independent coaching and consulting, bringing competition-tested expertise to athletes at every level. 

Kennedy Martin is one of the most electrifying players in college volleyball today, and SC Elite athletes will have the rare opportunity to train alongside her. A two-time AVCA All-American outside hitter at the University of Florida, Martin has established herself as one of the nation's premier offensive weapons in just two collegiate seasons.

As a sophomore in 2024, Martin led the entire nation in points per set (6.28) while posting 512 kills on a .362 hitting percentage, reaching double-digit kills in all 24 matches she played. She was named the AVCA Southeast Regional Player of the Year, a first-team All-American, a first-team All-SEC selection, and an AVCA Division I Player of the Year Semifinalist. She also earned first-team CSC Academic All-American honors, proving that elite performance extends beyond the court.

As a freshman in 2023, Martin was equally dominant- named a second-team All-American, first-team All-SEC, and AVCA All-Southeast Region, while starting all 29 matches and recording double-digit kills in every single one.

Before arriving at Florida, Martin was the 2022 South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year, a first-team AVCA High School All-American, and a standout at USAV Nationals — so her connection to the Palmetto State runs deep.

Alexis Stucky is one of the most decorated setters in college volleyball- and one of the most resilient. A Wyoming native who turned heads from the moment she arrived at the University of Florida, Stucky spent four seasons with the Gators before transferring to Penn State for her final year of eligibility, where she reunites with former teammate Kennedy Martin.

Stucky burst onto the scene in 2022 as one of the most dominant freshmen in the country, earning SEC Freshman of the Year, AVCA Southeast Freshman of the Year, third-team All-American honors, and a program record ten SEC weekly awards in a single season. Her sophomore season was cut short by a torn ACL/MCL suffered against then-No. 1 Wisconsin, but Stucky responded the way champions do- fighting back stronger than ever. By 2025, she was posting 1,062 assists, averaging 10.31 per set, recording 14 double-doubles, and becoming the only setter in the SEC to record a triple-double all season.

Over her college career, Stucky has accumulated over 3,000 assists, won Gold with Team USA at the Pan American Cup twice, and earned AVCA All-Southeast Region First Team and All-SEC Second Team honors in 2025. She is a two-time Academic All-SEC honoree and a first-team CSC Academic All-American- proof that her excellence is total, not just athletic.

Before college, Stucky was a two-time Wyoming Gatorade Player of the Year, a two-time state champion, and the MVP of the Under Armour All-America Match. Her mother, Jill, coached her through high school and played collegiate volleyball at Wyoming, so volleyball excellence is simply in the family DNA.
