Recruiting at SC Elite isn't a service we offer on the side. It's built into everything we do. Anna Murray leads our recruiting program with the same precision and personal investment she brought to two decades of executive search work on Wall Street.


With Anna Murray leading our recruiting efforts, SC Elite athletes are gaining life-changing opportunities at the next level. Anna brings a powerful blend of strategic vision, professional experience, and a deep passion for volleyball. Her national network of college coaches, analytical approach to talent matching, and 15 years embedded in elite volleyball make her one of the most effective recruiting coordinators in the region -and the results speak for themselves.


In just the past 23 months alone:

  • 22 Elite Recruiting athletes have committed to play college volleyball in the past 23 months, with more in progress. 20 of those commitments were SC Elite players
  • All received multiple scholarship offers
  • SC Elite athletes have earned $3.75 million in scholarships (and growing)
  • Commitments include Division I, Division II, Division III, and NAIA programs
  • Additional athletes currently hold multiple offers and are in the decision-making process

Anna also recently advised a Division I SEC transfer, helping her secure more than a dozen offers within one month and ultimately land at a top Big 12 program with legendary coaching and championship potential. Her national network of college coaches, analytical approach to talent matching, and 15 years embedded in elite volleyball give her a perspective on athlete development that very few club directors anywhere share.


Success in the recruiting process is no accident. Anna  spent over two decades as an executive search consultant in the financial services sector- first on Wall Street and later independently.  It was during this time she honed her skills in identifying high-level talent, matching individuals with top-tier opportunities, and navigating complex, high-stakes environments. She now brings that same rigor, strategic insight, and high-touch support to SC Elite families.


Anna’s path into the volleyball world began as a parent to a standout player who competed and now coaches at the Power 5 and Division I levels. Over the last 15 years, she has learned from some of the best volleyball minds in the country, many of whom are now part of her extensive national network of college coaches, club directors, former athletes, and volleyball professionals. Today, Anna leads SC Elite’s recruiting program with a singular mission: to help every athlete wanting to pursue the next level with confidence, clarity, and purpose.


SC Elite also expanded our recruiting resources with the addition of Katelyn Bishop Harrison, a former Division I head coach at Belmont University in Nashville, an All-American, and Final Four competitor with an impressive network in the collegiate volleyball community. Together Anna and Katelyn bring a depth of college coaching and recruiting experience that is rare at the club level.
