Ainsley Metzmeier

Ainsley Metzmeier is entering her second season with SC Elite Volleyball Club and is passionate about developing athletes through positive coaching, strong fundamentals, and competitive play. She is committed to creating an environment where players are challenged to grow in confidence, skill, and teamwork while building a lifelong love for the game.

Prior to joining SC Elite, Ainsley played and coached at Lexington United Volleyball Club, where she served in head and assistant coach roles at the 12s-16s age groups . Under her leadership, the 12s team she led as Head Coach achieved the most successful developmental season in the club's history, helping young athletes build a strong technical foundation and confidence in the sport.

In addition to her work with developmental athletes, Ainsley gained valuable experience as the coach of a highly competitive 16U team. Working with advanced players competing at a higher level sharpened her ability to prepare athletes for elite competition while emphasizing game strategy, advanced skill development, and high-performance expectations. Her experience coaching both developmental and upper-level club volleyball allows her to effectively connect with athletes at every stage of their volleyball journey.

In her second year with SC Elite, Ainsley is excited to continue helping players reach their full potential both on and off the court by fostering a competitive, supportive environment that encourages growth, resilience, and a passion for the game.
