Jen began her high school coaching career at Palmetto Christian Academy, where she led both the varsity and junior varsity volleyball programs. Under her leadership, the varsity team posted impressive records of 22-6-2 in 2019 and 18-1 in 2020, claiming back-to-back region championships and earning Jen Coach of the Year honors in 2020.

In 2021, Jen was named Head Varsity Coach at Oceanside Collegiate Academy. In just her first season, she led the program to its first-ever SCHSL AAA State Championship, setting a new standard for success at the school.

Off the court, Jen enjoys staying active, spending time with her family and friends, and sharing her love of competition with the next generation of athletes. Her daughter, Alexis Duplessis, enters her freshman season Fall 2025 as a setter at DII Wheeling University in West Virginia. She brings her leadership, energy, and championship experience to SC Elite.
