Jordan Bickett Harris brings a wealth of experience as both a collegiate athlete and accomplished coach to SC Elite. A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Jordan played four years of college volleyball, finishing her career at Augusta University, where she earned Peach Belt Conference All-Academic and Honor Roll recognition. She began her collegiate journey at Pasco-Hernando State College (NJCAA Division II), where she helped the Conquistadors to 64 wins, a Region 8 Championship, and an eighth-place finish at the NJCAA Division II National Tournament. As a sophomore captain, she earned Second-Team All-American honors and was awarded the FCSAA Roberta Stokes Award for academic achievement.

Jordan currently serves as an assistant coach for the College of Charleston, bringing NCAA Division I experience and leadership to the Cougars’ program. Before arriving in Charleston, she spent three seasons as the head coach at NJCAA Division I Indian River State College, where her teams earned national academic awards and produced numerous college-bound athletes who continued on to NCAA and NAIA programs.


Prior to her head coaching role at Indian River, Jordan was an assistant at Yavapai College, where she helped guide the program to its first Region Championship in four years and a 20-win season. Under her leadership, the Roughriders earned a spot in the NJCAA DI Top 20 for seven straight weeks and produced multiple all-conference, all-region, and All-American honorees, including the school’s first-ever Libero of the Year.


Jordan’s coaching career began at Southern Arkansas University, where she spent two seasons as a graduate assistant coach. There, she served as the team’s defensive coordinator, recruiting coordinator, and strength and conditioning lead — giving her a well-rounded foundation in all facets of athlete development.


Jordan recently relocated to Charleston with her husband, Alex, who serves in the United States Air Force. She’s passionate about building confident, competitive athletes and is excited to help guide SC Elite’s oldest age group with the same energy, expertise, and heart she brings to every team she leads.
