Coach Bell brings a lifelong passion for volleyball and a strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. With more than 15 years of experience as an educator and over eight years of coaching experience at the middle school, junior varsity, and varsity levels, she is dedicated to helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character.

Coach Bell brings a lifelong passion for volleyball and a strong commitment to developing student-athletes both on and off the court. With more than 15 years of experience as an educator and over eight years of coaching experience at the middle school, junior varsity, and varsity levels, she is dedicated to helping athletes grow in skill, confidence, and character.


As a player, Coach Bell spent seven years competing with Quaker City Volleyball Club and Liberty Belle Volleyball Club in Pennsylvania, building the technical foundation and love for the game that continue to shape her player-centered coaching philosophy.


In addition to her coaching experience, Coach Bell offers the unique perspective of a seasoned volleyball parent. Her daughter, Avery, a standout libero and SC Elite alumna, will begin her collegiate volleyball career at Arcadia University in Pennsylvania in 2026. Having experienced the recruiting process firsthand, Coach Bell enjoys helping athletes and families navigate their own path to playing at the next level.


A Charleston resident for more than 25 years, Coach Bell lives with her husband, George, and their four children. Throughout her career as an educator, she has mentored hundreds of students and athletes, emphasizing accountability, resilience, confidence, and academic excellence alongside athletic development.


Coach Bell believes volleyball is a powerful tool for building strong, coachable, and confident young people. Whether working with beginners or advanced athletes, she is committed to creating a positive, competitive environment where every player is challenged to develop a love for the game, reach their full potential, and succeed both on and off the court.
